Earthy Creatures is my first solo photography exhibition. It will be held in Filmbase which is in the heart of Dublin.

I have been shooting the Earthy Creatures series since 2009 and I am tremendously excited to showcase my work. The exhibition is a collection of  portraits captured with the interpretation of living creatures, which we have yet to discover. It also showcases some of the amazing landscape, hidden features and true beauty we have in Ireland (specifically Wicklow & Dublin). I have kept all of this series offline so there would be more impact when visiting the exhibition. I would love to see each and every one of you on the night, the more the merrier!! You may have noticed lately I’m really loving the human face and especially peoples eyes!! They just amaze me!!
The following are the shots from a recent photoshoot we had in Wicklow. The snow was still on the ground and our feet were frozen after, all in a days work though!!

Hello Hello,
I hope everyone had a brilliant break and new year! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I’ve been busy shooting and making plans for my photography for 2011. One of my ‘resolutions’ for this year is to process my personal work a bit quicker (some of you may know I have a few TB of work from the past three years to get through {If not, you do now…})

Faces

Over the past few months I have started to be amazed by peoples faces. There’s SO much going on, I think it’s the raw emotion that can be convey and picked up through a photograph that’s really appealing to me. Today I went into Dublins city centre to capture some faces. I’ve never tried any type of street photography before today but I really enjoyed it and will be heading out again for sure!!
Anyway, without any further ado, these are some of the faces I had the pleasure of capturing today in Dublin.
