Fairplay to all the swimmers!!!

Sunrise Thursday morning at Sandycove
Last Thursday I had another nice early morning out at (the fourty foot) Sandycove, there wasn’t that much of a sunrise like the last time though (40 Foot Sunrise – Sandycove). So, instead of thinking of it as a day/morning wasted, I took out a 2stop ND Grad filter and started to do some long exposure shots of the rocks. I really like these as a set, especially the last few below!!

Show off your long exposure photos!!
Have you taken any long exposure shots in the past few weeks/months? I’d love to see some of your shots of different scenes to give me and readers inspiration!! Leave a photo/link below!

It’s fun, isn’t it? I had plans for the same game this evening in Galway but it started raining.
Really like shot number 2 in this set Kyle.

Yea great fun Treasa. I’ve done a good bit of this with rivers but never really introduced this as much to my seascapes. They’d all by less than 5/10second exposures.
Great shot Vlastik, really like it. I’d say it would be brilliant printed large on a wall! Thanks for sharing!!
