Yes, that’s right folks it was as far back as Christmas when I actually bought this little baby

 

 

 

I really haven’t used this lense at all this year, 120/180 shots would be my guestimate. Now with the lovely weather, lovely flowers and insects passing by theirs no better reason to start using this lense.

I have so say I’m extremely impressed with this lense, it’s very sharp. One quibble I found was when trying to autofocus on a quick(large) moving object, the autofocus was fairly slow. Although in saying that, this is a macro lense. When taking all the above flower shots – manual focus was used so there were no problems.
