The only other trick I know is to base your exposure on the middle of your shot, then switch the camera to manual mode so the camera doesn't change the exposure as you pan across the vista. I take a few panoramas but they’re usually made up of about 5 or 6 pictures. You’re very patient putting 98 shots together, but it pays off – looks great.
